Do I need to make a reservation, or can I just walk in?

What is the dress code at Chupacabras Ubud?

Our vibe is casual and relaxed, perfect for a laid-back dinner in Ubud. Come as you are — just no swimwear or shirtless attire, please.

Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?

We’ll do our best! Please let us know your allergies or dietary needs ahead of time or when you arrive. Some items may contain nuts, dairy, or gluten — so advance notice helps us prepare safely.

Do you have a kids’ menu? Are children welcome?

Yes, we have and children are welcome in the restaurant. However, children under 12 years old must always be under supervision of an adult. We can provide a baby chair if requested.

Do you host private events or group dinners?

Yes! Whether it's a birthday, casual gathering, or team dinner, we can host groups. Private or semi-private options are available. Contact us for the details and packages.

Where do you source your meats and ingredients?

We take pride in using locally sourced ingredients and premium meats. Most of our meat is from Australia and very unique in Bali. Our team works with trusted farmers and suppliers across Bali to deliver top quality and flavor.

Do you offer takeout or delivery?

No, it is possible to take-away your order, but we can’t provide delivery.

Yes, we have limited on-site parking for cars and plenty of space for motorbikes. The drop off to the lobby is approximately 50 meters from the side of the road.

There are a lot of stairs leading to the venue, so for people with less mobility we would recommend to have assistance with walking.

Is your restaurant halal?

No, due to pork on our menu which is prepared in the same (open) kitchen. The beef we have on our menu is halal certified.

What is the best time to visit your restaurant?
